NASA says that the 4-mile-tall pyramid on the dwarf planet Ceres is glowing

Pyramid On Ceres - NASA

As NASA’s Dawn spacecraft gets closer to the dwarf planet Ceres in the asteroid belt, this bizarre body seems to yield more questions than answers.

In its latest video, posted Thursday, NASA shows us that in addition to the intriguing bright spots in a large crater on Ceres, there are also bright streaks running down the sides of a pyramid-shaped mountain rising higher than Alaska’s 20,000-foot (6,100 meter) Mt. McKinley.

Marc Rayman, Dawn mission director, shows us the bright spots at the center and around one edge of a crater that’s 60 miles across and 2 miles deep at the highest level of detail and context we’ve seen so far, but without providing any new insights as to which of the many theories about what’s causing them might be closest to right.

  1. The amazing solar system comes through once again with things that resemble things we know.
The point is that it is amazing that no sign of life has been found anywhere.
The problem with that is the Universe is very large. So the probability of not finding signs of life anywhere is fairly small.
I would expect buildings somewhere like Mars buried either in the sands or in the grand canyon of Mars.
If the Universe is anywhere near as old as scientists think then the probability of other life is fairly great.
I suspect life will be found in pockets where conditions are right for it to exist. Such as buried in an ocean on Europa.
Or in an underground sea on Mars.
There are no limits to God’s powers. He may have put life here and no where else near us or not.
Neither do we know what purpose was served. The asteroid belt is peculiar because it extends 90 million miles around one area. In comparison the Outer belt beyond Neptune extends completely around the Sun. The belt also consists of a huge number of small ragged objects rather than mostly round objects Ceres is an exception rather than the rule.
It was often referred to as a necklace of asteroids rather than a belt of asteroids around the Sun.
Water from various places around the Sun have different fingerprints. Water from the Belt is likely to have the same fingerprint as we have here on Earth and the Moon.
