In ancient Israel, God sent warning messages through the prophets for generations before the end finally came. I am sure that by the end the mocking of these prophets must have been ferocious, but ultimately the warning messages were fulfilled and things happened exactly as God said they would.
In our day, God has also been warning about the fall of America for a very, very long time. This is something that I have been documenting in recent months, and today I would like to share with you an experience with the Lord that my friend Michael Rutledge had over 20 years ago…
More than two decades ago, during a time of intercession on a Sunday morning, I saw the following:
“As I sat before the Lord and tried to press in to His presence, I suddenly found myself standing high above the United States, in the upper atmosphere, above the southern tip of Florida. I was looking down towards the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. Suddenly, there appeared a gigantic oak tree in the center of the nation’s capital. (I recently sensed that the center of this tree is the center of the Washington Monument.) This tree trunk appeared to be 20 to 30 miles in diameter. The top of this tree was hundreds of miles high. Its branches reached out across our nation and out over the ocean. As I looked at the tree, down from heaven came a massive pair of arms holding a running chain saw, whose bar was longer than the diameter of this tree. As I watched, this chain saw easily cut through the tree’s trunk. The tremendous amount of wood chips from the saw were thrown all the way out and into the ocean. Suddenly, the tree started falling in a southwest direction towards the State of Texas. Having cut many trees, this tree was not falling in the direction that the saw cut should have made it fall. Just before the tree struck the earth, it vanished and an inky black darkness covered the land where the tree was about to touch. It looked as if black ink was poured out upon an old yellow map. This area of darkness did not quite reach the Sabine River on the eastern border of Texas. If you live in the state of Texas, do not rejoice, because you may have to live through the things that come after this event. All these things disappeared at this point, and I realized I was back to the place where I was praying.”

After decades of reflecting on this, I’ve discovered that I have done what Mary the mother of Jesus had done. Luke 2:19 & 51, “But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart.” From the Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance>Treasure> 4933=to keep, observe, obey- to keep closely together, implied to conserve (from ruin), to remember (and obey) and 1301=keep, to watch thoroughly, to observe strictly, negative> to avoid wholly. Vs. 51”and His mother treasured all these things in her heart”.
I recently discovered a portion of scripture that describes a similar event: Daniel 4:10-17. There are many analogies in the dream that relates directly to this nation. As you read through these verses, I submit the following comparisons.
Vs. 10 “the great tree in the midst of the earth, its height was great”= the U.S.A.
Vs. 11 “tree large and strong, height reached the sky, was visible to the end of the whole earth”= our nation fits this description, we have sent men into outer space and have satellites around the world and now have planes that can take off and fly into outer space and return. The reach of our military and financial systems controls or can affect much of the entire earth.
Vs. 12 “beautiful foliage, fruit abundant, food for all”. This nation is amazingly beautiful to foreigners and the agricultural production of this nation feeds large portions of the earth.
Vs. 12 The “beasts of the field found shade under it”= the wealth of this nation through hunting and conservation programs funds hundreds of organizations around the earth to protect the wildlife on this and many other continents of the earth. Our nation is a country of refuge as people flee foreign nations and come here to live in relative safety.
Vs. 12 The “birds of the sky dwelt in its branches”= Our nation has an Air Force that flies around the earth and also has aircraft carriers and guided missile cruisers that can attack any target on earth, not to mention our intercontinental missiles and submarine launched missiles.
Vs. 14 Then “chop down the tree”. This is what I saw the giant chainsaw do. However, I was not aware of any “band of iron and bronze” around the stump after it was cut down. Because of this, the future of our nation as we know it is either uncertain at best, or our nation as we know it is done. I expect that this will be the end of our nation as we know it today.
My comments: I have considered the above items for a long time. I truly believe that our nation is right at the end of its rule as we know it. As a nation, we have done so many wicked things that I am amazed that our God has not wiped our nation from the face of the earth. Our founders created an amazing form of government that allows us freedom that no other country has ever known particularly, religious freedom. However, as a people we have not done
the things we should have done to keep our nation walking in God’s principles of holiness before Him and we have not paid attention to His warnings to us as a nation.
I have a great anxiety building in my soul that the rapidly approaching judgment of Almighty God is about to sweep over our land and there are few that are prepared in their spirits, souls and bodies to walk thru it. Just like Pearl Harbor, some people can sense what is on the “radar”. Even lost people know that “THINGS AIN’T RIGHT NOW!”, but very few people (even in the Church) know what they should be doing. I fear that our nation will be like Pearl Harbor when all this hits us.

In God’s kingdom, it is my job to receive and share. It is the Church’s job to hear and judge the words I have shared and it is for others to decide if this is God’s message. I have decided that this is Jehovah Elohim’s message to this nation. It reveals things that will happen in the not too distant future. It is the Church’s responsibility to hear the council of the Lord as to what to do and then to do it. I truly believe that it is too late to stop this event. In my opinion, Jehovah Elohim must do it. His nature requires Him to act, unless there is broken hearted national repentance the way He is looking for, as with Jonah in the city of Nineveh in his day. See Jonah3:5-9. “When the word reached the king of Nineveh, he arose from his throne, laid aside his robe from him, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in the dust. In verse 9 the king said, “Who knows, God may turn and relent, and withdraw His burning anger so that we shall not perish.” The king had issued a decree that no man, beast, herd or flock taste food or water during the fast.
We must walk through it and see and do what Jesus has for us to do. I believe that God has strategically placed some of us in a position to do amazing things in the future of our land, and nation and in the heavens through intercession. My hope is that we are paying attention and can see the big picture of what is happening and be prepared to step up and step out when the time arrives. Remember when the angel of the Lord spoke to Gideon (whose name means “cutter of trees”) who was hiding and threshing grain. The Lord said to him, “The Lord is with you, O valiant warrior!” Read Judges 6:11-21. In our situation, God is
looking for people who will pray and maybe fast and listen to what He has to say. We need to be as Jesus was when He walked with His disciples. Jesus said, “I do what I see the Father in heaven doing”.
