Obama Admin Plans More Executive Action on Immigration

Illegal Immigration - Crossing The Rio Grande

The Obama administration is moving forward with plans to expand a waiver program that will allow additional illegal aliens to remain in the country rather than apply for legal status from abroad.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a proposed rule on Tuesday that would make changes to a waiver program created by President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration in 2013. The action created a waiver that primarily allowed illegal immigrants with a U.S. citizen spouse or parent to stay in the country instead of having to leave the United States and be barred from returning for three or 10 years, if they proved their absence would create an “extreme hardship” for their spouse.

  1. I think if one of these illegal immigrants caused my family death or pain I would want them bailed out immediately.
Don’t really feel they would be around to hurt anyone else. In fact they might be very difficult to find.
One of things discussed in the fictional Godfather book was the absolute corruption of the legal system in this country. Somehow it hasn’t changed since the book was written. Sadly it isn’t really fiction other than changing names of star persons in the book.
Right now in poverty stricken cities people are beginning to see the light. They can see how the system treats people without money. It sees the favoritism of one group of poor people over another.
The danger here is that these people bring their baggage along with them. If they make their living with drugs, they will continue to make their living with drugs even though the country they practiced this in has changed.
Not everything is as it seems in this country. And there lies the danger of illegal immigration to this country.
Obviously the laws of this country do not apply to illegals. Or we would have a fairly large group of sponsors of these illegals in jail right now. The dirty words are “income tax evasion.”
Health Care laws that prosecute one group of people and ignore another group are illegal as is the Income tax code if it is applied discriminatory against citizens vs illegals. Both either have to pay or not. Yet our entire court system is avoiding this can of worms for all they are worth.
Don’t really blame them one bit. Because the coming tidal wave of law suits is likely to break the entire system.
No law that is proven to be discriminatory between one group of people and another can survive a test of constitutionality under the provisions of the constitution of this country.
That means the entire legal system might becoming crashing down.
