Anglican Priest On What Happened To Iraq’s Christian Children: ‘They Chopped All Their Heads Off’

The Caliphate On The March - ISIS Media Hub

An Anglican priest known as the “vicar of Baghdad” for his work in war-torn Iraq has recounted atrocities inflicted on Christian children by ISIS, the Muslim jihadist army that has declared the creation of an Islamic caliphate in parts of Iraq and Syria.

“They chopped all their heads off,” Andrew White told the Christian Broadcasting Network in an interview.

In an interview in Jerusalem, where he was ordered to travel because of threats by ISIS fighters, he told of Iraqi Christian children ordered to convert to Islam or die.

“ISIS [fighters] turned up and they said to the children, ‘You say the words that you will follow Muhammad,’” White said. “The children, all under 15, four of them, they said, ‘No, we love Yasua. We have always loved Yasua. We have always followed Yasua.”

White, mimicking ISIS, shouted, “‘Say the words!’”

But the children replied, “We can’t.”

“They chopped all their heads off,” White said.

  1. It is so sad. Christian children having to choose to die rather than change their faith in Jesus. There is another side to this situation.
I weep for the people that did this. Because the curse that is coming on their heads will reach beyond them, even onto the third and fourth generations. They have sown death. And death will come on them and their families for a long time to come.
How long, my Lord, will this be allowed to continue?
When I have a child, it does no good to punish them down the road because they do not remember what they have been punished for. And that is what this demon driving this event is all about. They do not understand the consequences of their actions.
The consequences are long term. They are painful and will cause much harm both to them and to the innocents.
They have to realise the consequences of what they have done almost immediately after it is done. That will stop it.
Immortals think in terms of centuries. Mortals not so much. In this case, those children have died and they are with Jesus in Heaven. So what exactly did this Devil actually accomplish? Because all I see is a bunch of people that are now cursed.
If someone burns their hand on a hot stove they will not do it again. But to delay punishment is like not even knowing your hand is burned and damaging that hand further by keeping it on a hot stove.
I know this sounds crazy. But I have seen it happen over and over again in my short life.
