Republican FCC Commissioner Slams ‘Obama’s 332-Page Plan To Regulate The Internet’

Obama Is Crazy

Republican FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai on Friday raised the first of many criticisms to come about FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler’s aggressive net neutrality plan distributed to commissioners Thursday, which Pai described as “President Obama’s 332-page plan to regulate the Internet.”

In a statement released Friday, Pai lamented the fact that the 332-page plan, which he tweeted a picture of himself holding next to a picture of Obama, won’t be released to the public until after the commission votes on its implementation later this month.

  1. I think they should leave the internet alone.
But one has a reputation for inspiring new ways to pick the pocket of the average person out there. And the reputation appears to be well deserved at this point in time.

We have law concerning interstate commerce. They have been around a very long time. Now because the money is going more to interstate sales regulated by the classic interstate commerce act these people want to cheat and take more.
The terms tar and feather and riding them out of town on a rail come to mind.
The chief reason that most people abhor the Democratic Party right now is the consistent picking of people’s wallets with taxes.
Whether it be the health care law or others, the Democrats are always first in line with their hand out to get more taxes from the American People.
I think it is time to get rid of them as soon as possible and kick the rest of them out of the Congress at the very next opportunity. Make an example of them. Republicans beware. If you continue down the current path, you too might come to the attention of the silent majority and that majority will remove you from office.
Republicans are tricky. They do it under the guise of budget cuts to critical programs needed by children in the education system. The Governor in Ohio is looking at that possibility right now. Basing a budget on a communist system of whether or not you have money is something both parties have been doing for quite some time.
Penalize the people that have worked hard and earned money and reward the bums. That is the entire theme of an entire generation of representatives in the Congress. Maybe they are sympathizing with fellow bums. I don’t really know.
I do know we have the biggest welfare recipient program in the world.
I do know the health care act is designed to steal from the middle class and upper class wealthy in this country just like all the rest.
Every time these people do away with controls set up as far back as the Depression they have come a cropper.
If they hadn’t changed the way housing works, the housing industry would not be broke.
Now they want to mess with everyone on the internet. I think it is a bad idea. A very bad idea that could backfire on all of them.

  2. I want to read it. I’m sure will be full of convoluted legalese so you can’t curl up in an armchair for an easy skim, but I still want to read it. Bad stuff is never in plain english. I’m sure the devil is in the details.
