So Does This Mean No Obamacare Penalties Anymore or What?

(By Melissa Dykes of the Daily Sheeple) One of the biggest unanswered questions left in the wake of President Trump’s wave of executive orders is whether or not we’re going to be raped on massive Obamacare fees once again this year.

Trump signed a sweeping order that Washington Times reports appears to target the so-called “Affordable” Care Act’s mandate — the one that says if you refuse to get health insurance you may not need and probably can’t afford anyway (especially now and thanks to Obamacare), you have to pay a hefty fine now equivalent to $695 or 2.5 percent of qualified income for 2016 (whichever is higher).

Despite the insane fee which the Supreme Court declared to be a tax, way more people refused to buy health insurance than got on board with Obamacare, with the IRS reporting that in 2015, some 12.2 million Americans claimed an exemption and another 6.1 million paid the Obamacare tax. That’s at least 18 million people who cannot afford “affordable” Obamacare.

It’s been widely reported that Trump’s executive order implies exemptions might be coming for everyone. Via WT:

Probably the biggest step implied by this order would be granting widespread hardship exemptions from the individual mandate penalty, which could create chaos in the individual insurance market,” said Larry Levitt, a senior vice president at the nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation.

Oh yeah? Screw chaos in the insurance market! As if having the government force families across the nation to pay 2.5 percent of their income for something most of them can’t afford anyway doesn’t wreak yearly havoc on everyone as it is!

White House adviser Kellyanne Conway also told ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday that Trump, “wants to get rid of that Obamacare penalty almost immediately, because that is something that is really strangling a lot of Americans to have to pay a penalty for not buying [insurance].”

Exactly!

So? What is it? Are they going to continue to financially rape millions of Americans with this law or what?

Someone needs to clarify.
