Trump’s Approval Rating Is Starting To Really Go Up

Following an extremely strong State of the Union performance, President Trump’s approval numbers are steadily rising. In fact, as you will see below, Rasmussen Reports says that Trump’s approval rating is higher than Barack Obama’s was at this stage. That is startling, because the mainstream media would have us believe that Barack Obama was a widely popular president and that Donald Trump is the most hated president in modern American history. Yes, there are definitely a lot of people out there that do not like Trump, but the truth is that there are also millions upon millions of us that support the president and want him to succeed.

I knew that Trump’s State of the Union address would help him, but I wasn’t sure exactly how much it would help his approval numbers. Well, it turns out that some polls are now showing that his approval rating is approaching 50 percent. For example, Rasmussen Reports found that Trump’s approval rating hit 48 percent on Wednesday

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 34% who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 42% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8.

In comparison, Barack Obama only had a 44 percent approval rating on this exact same day eight years ago

President Trump has a stronger approval rating today than media darling Barack Obama did back in 2010 on this same day.

Back on February 7, 2010 Barack Obama had an approval rating of 44% while 56% of likely voters disapproved of the far left president.

Of course other surveys show that Trump’s approval numbers are a bit lower, but they still show that they are rising.

For example, the latest numbers from Real Clear Politics show that Trump’s average approval rating has risen from 37.0 percent on December 12th to 42.3 percent currently. That is a move of more than five percent in less than two months, and that is an extremely promising sign for Republicans as we head toward the 2018 mid-term elections.

Many Republicans, including many of the opponents in my race, have purposely distanced themselves from Trump, and I believe that is a huge mistake.

Here in Idaho, one poll found that Trump has a 56 percent approval rating, and another poll found that he had a 53 percent approval rating, and both of those polls are from last year. Now that Trump’s numbers are surging nationally following his State of the Union address, Trump’s approval rating in this state is now undoubtedly higher.

But what matters most for all of the Republican primaries around the nation that are about to happen is Trump’s approval rating among Republican voters. And once again, those numbers appear to be surging.

For instance, for the week of January 29th to February 4th, Gallup found that Trump’s approval rating among Republicans hit 90 percent for the very first time in his presidency.

Trump only has a 6 percent approval rating among Democrats, but for the primaries that doesn’t matter. Trump is extremely popular among Republicans right now, and we need to work very hard to help pro-Trump candidates win primaries all across the country in the months ahead.

If you have been following my campaign at all, then you already know that I am unashamedly running as a “pro-Trump” candidate.

I have repeatedly stated that I want to be President Trump’s best friend in Congress, and I am going to work as hard as I can to implement the Make America Great Again agenda.

2018 is a make or break moment for the Trump movement. If the Democrats take back control of the House and the Senate, they are going to try to impeach Trump. If establishment Republicans remain in control, they are going to continue to stall Trump’s agenda in Congress.

But if the same movement that propelled Trump to the presidency rises up and gets behind pro-Trump candidates all over the country, we can shake Washington like it has never been shaken before.

Now is the time for “we the people” to take our government back. If we miss this once in a generation moment, we may never have this opportunity ever again.

Michael Snyder is a pro-Trump candidate for Congress in Idaho’s First Congressional District, and you can learn how you can get involved in the campaign on his official website. His new book entitled “Living A Life That Really Matters” is available in paperback and for the Kindle on Amazon.com.

Michael Snyder And Other Pro-Trump Candidates For Congress Are Freaking The Establishment Out

Literally dozens of pro-Trump candidates are running for seats in Congress in 2018, and the establishment is really starting to freak out about this. If having Trump in the White House was a nightmare for them, how are they going to respond once his allies start taking control of Capitol Hill? For a very long time I have been saying that the 2018 mid-term elections are going to be the most important in modern American history. They will inevitably be a referendum on Trump and his policies, and I believe that the American people will support Trump wholeheartedly.

Personally, I am running as a pro-Trump candidate in Idaho’s first congressional district. Trump supporters have been flocking to my campaign, and it is absolutely amazing how much momentum we have built up over the past few months.

At first my opponents were very polite to me because they didn’t see me as a threat. But then they started seeing numbers that showed how well I was doing, and now the claws are coming out.

It is funny how the attacks against me and other pro-Trump candidates around the nation sound almost exactly like the attacks that are constantly being hurled at Trump himself. But like Trump, we are refusing to be intimidated and we are keeping our eye on the ball. Our campaign website is getting the most visits of any of the candidates, our Facebook page has the most likes, and we won the most recent online poll by a very wide margin. We need your help to keep the momentum going, because the establishment is likely to continue to hammer me with attacks up until election day.

Other pro-Trump candidates are getting a lot of heat as well. One of the candidates that I really like is Tom Campbell of North Dakota

In his ads and in this latest interview, Campbell has made it clear that he’s aligning himself with President Donald Trump, citing Trump’s popularity with North Dakotans. He also credits a roaring stock market and low unemployment to the president’s influence, although those are trends that arguably began during Barack Obama’s presidency.

Campbell wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act (months after such an effort by GOP lawmakers failed) and is keeping a “close eye” on where Trump lands on the North American Free Trade Agreement.

But since Campbell has aligned himself so closely with Trump, he is even getting attacked by members of his own party. In fact, state representative Roscoe Streyle (a Republican) recently said that he does not believe that Campbell has any chance of beating incumbent Heidi Heitkamp (a Democrat)…

He faces an uphill battle, not only against Heitkamp but against his own party here. At least one of his own party in the state thinks Campbell is wasting his time.

“I don’t think Tom Campbell can beat Heidi in any way, shape or form,” state Rep. Roscoe Streyle, R-Minot, said in this weekend’s report. “I just don’t think he has what it takes, from a raising money standpoint, to being able to debate her, to a record that would show he’s done anything in the Legislature.”

If that is what members of his own party are saying about Campbell, what are the Democrats going to throw at him?

Another pro-Trump candidate that is getting relentlessly attacked is Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. One of the things that is great about her is that she is “politically incorrect and proud of it”

Calling the place she wants to work “totally dysfunctional” and “enough to drive you nuts,” Blackburn touts that she is a “hard core, card-carrying Tennessee conservative. I’m politically incorrect and proud of it.”

“So, let me just say it like it is: The fact that our Republican majority in the U.S. Senate can’t overturn Obamacare, or will not overturn Obamacare — it’s a disgrace,” the eight-term congresswoman continues. “Too many Senate Republicans act like Democrats — or worse. And that’s what we have to change.”

She is a very solid pro-Trump conservative, and there is nothing about her that should upset anyone. The following summary of what she stands for comes from her official website

  • Continue to fight to repeal Obamacare.
  • Fight to protect the unborn. Marsha is 100% pro-life.
  • Fight to protect our Second Amendment rights. Marsha is a gun owner with a concealed carry permit for the Lady Smith she packs in her purse.
  • Fight to cut wasteful spending. Marsha believes our government takes too much and spends too much.
  • Fight to bring significant tax relief to hard-working Tennesseans.
  • Support President Trump’s immigration ban and work with him to build the wall.

All of that sounds good to me, but her opponents are calling her a “wing nut” and a “knuckle-dragging conservative”

“I know the left calls me a wing nut, or a knuckle-dragging conservative. And you know what? I say that’s all right, bring it on,” Blackburn says.

In 2018, we need to stand with pro-Trump candidates for Congress such as Campbell and Blackburn. And you can find a list of close to 30 such candidates on Facebook right here.

In addition, if you would like to learn more about my pro-Trump campaign for Congress, please visit MichaelSnyderForCongress.com. We are trying to take our government back, and 2018 can be a major step in the right direction. But we have all got to work together, because the attacks against us are going to be quite fierce.

The Big List: 24 Awesome Pro-Trump Candidates That Are Running For Seats In The House Or The Senate In 2018

Do you want to be part of a movement to get pro-Trump candidates elected to Congress? Six months ago, I publicly called for “an army of pro-Trump activists” all over the nation to run for seats in the House or the Senate, and it is actually happening. In this article I am going to share with you 24 of the very best pro-Trump candidates that are running for office in 2018, and we hope to continue to grow this list over time. In fact, we have given this list a permanent home on Facebook on a page entitled “Pro-Trump Candidates For Congress”.

For a long time I have been saying that the 2018 mid-term elections will be the most important mid-term elections in modern American history. If we fail to get many pro-Trump candidates elected, President Trump will not be able to do much leading into the presidential election of 2020, but if we are able to get dozens elected, we will have a golden opportunity to implement the Make America Great Again agenda and fundamentally transform how Washington D.C. works.

The 24 candidates listed below need volunteers, financial support and media exposure. Many of them will be challenging very powerful incumbents from the establishment wing of the Republican Party, but as we saw in the case of Roy Moore, we can win if we all work together. Check “Pro-Trump Candidates For Congress” often, because this list will continue to grow…

I did not include potential candidates such as Pastor Darrell Scott and Joy Villa on the list, but once they formally announce their bids I will be thrilled to add them.

If you know of other pro-Trump candidates that would make good additions to this list, please visit the contact page on my official campaign website and let me know. My campaign team is incredibly excited about pro-Trump candidates all around the nation working together, because our best chance at victory is if we all support one another.

Here in Idaho, our campaign has a ton of momentum, and other pro-Trump candidates are also seeing really positive poll numbers right now. But in order for the pro-Trump movement to be truly successful in 2018, we are going to need thousands of volunteers, donors and social media warriors to get involved all over the country.

Also, we still need more candidates to run.

If you stand with President Trump and you believe in the Make America Great Again agenda, don’t be afraid to go for it. So many races still do not have a pro-Trump alternative, and time is quickly running out.

We are on a mission to take our government back, and we are asking you to join us. Working individually we could never make this happen, but if we choose to work together we can do truly extraordinary things.

Pro-Trump Forces Are Taking Over The Republican Party, And There Is No Going Back

A civil war for control of the future of the Republican Party is raging, and pro-Trump forces are winning. In recent weeks, we have seen Senator Jeff Flake and Senator Bob Corker both announce that they will not seek re-election when their terms are over. Meanwhile, a new generation of enthusiastic pro-Trump candidates has been rising all over the nation. Back in May, I used my national platform to publicly call for “an army of pro-Trump activists” to run for office all across America, and now it is actually happening. Of course the traditional Republican establishment still believes that they are going to someday regain control of the party, but the truth is that there is no going back at this point. This is a point that Pat Buchanan made beautifully in his recent article about the GOP civil war…

Flake calls Trump “dangerous to our democracy.” But the real threat Trump represents is to the GOP establishment’s control of the party’s agenda and the party’s destiny.

U.S. politics have indeed been coarsened, with Trump playing a lead role. Yet, beneath the savagery of the uncivil war in the party lies more than personal insults and personality clashes.

This is a struggle about policy, about the future. And Trump is president because he read the party and the country right, while the Bush-McCain Republican establishment had lost touch with both.

What we are witnessing is something truly remarkable. The Republican Party is being fundamentally transformed on a national level.

For decades, grassroots activists were deeply frustrated that the Republican establishment always ignored them on issues such as trade, immigration and the dangers of globalism, and now we are seeing a stunning changing of the guard.

Major establishment figures such as Corker and Flake are willingly leaving Washington, and a new crop of candidates that fully believe in Trump’s agenda is rising to take their place.

One potential candidate that I am very excited about in Ohio is Pastor Darrell Scott. He has been asked to run against anti-Trump incumbent Dave Joyce in the upcoming primary

Scott was recently approached by Ashtabula County (Ohio) Republican Party members, who asked for him to run against incumbent Rep. Dave Joyce in the 2018 Republican primary for Congress. The incumbent, Scott says, has both publicly and privately bashed President Donald Trump in a district where multiple homes still proudly display their Trump election signs.

Pastor Scott has not made a final decision yet, but some very prominent names have already lined up behind him

His first step was to pray and seek wise counsel. Among his counselors are a veritable Who’s Who of President Trump’s administration: Michael Cohen, Steve Bannon, Anthony Scaramucci, Omarosa Manigault-Newman and Jared Kushner. All of them loved the idea, and a handful even offered to host prestigious fundraisers if Scott decides to move forward.

By the way, we are trying to get in touch with Steve Bannon as well, and so if anyone can get us in contact with him please reach out to us at our campaign website.

Another pro-Trump candidate that would have never run in previous eras is Joy Villa. According to Fox News, she is considering running for Congress in either “Florida, California or New York”…

Villa, who famously wore a Trump-themed dress to the 2017 Grammy Awards, announced on “Fox and Friends” Friday morning that she’s considering a run for Congress.

“If I run, I’m going to win,” she said, adding that she’s looking at Florida, California or New York because “those are places I live and work and have grown up in.”

Villa, 26, said she would focus on tax reform, legal immigration and helping American families — much like the president’s current platform.

Right now, Donald Trump doesn’t have too many friends in Congress, but it looks like that may be about to change. In fact, if I win my race I intend to be Trump’s “best friend in Congress” since nobody else seems to want that title so far. Of course if other pro-Trump candidates win their races too, I might actually have some competition for that title, and that would be a wonderful thing.

Sadly, many of the old establishment Republicans are still convinced that things can go back to the way they used to be. They believe that once they get rid of Trump that we will openly embrace them like we did in the old days. Here is more from Pat Buchanan

Can the GOP establishment believe that if Trump falls, or they bring him down, they will inherit the estate and be welcomed home like the Prodigal Son? Do they believe their old agenda of open borders, amnesty, free trade globalism and democracy-crusading can become America’s agenda again?

Trumpism is not a detour, after which we can all get back on the interstate to the New World Order.

The Republican establishment still does not understand the power of our movement. For decades the elite have been accustomed to pulling the strings in both major parties, but now that era is ending.

Of course we still need more pro-Trump candidates to run all over the nation. The primaries are only a little more than six months away, and so if you are thinking of jumping in to a race you need to do so as soon as possible.

And if you aren’t running, please support those who are. We need to greatly encourage Pastor Scott, Joy Villa, Omar Navarro, Paul Nehlen, Carla Spalding, Kevin Cavanaugh, Dr. Kelli Ward and all of the others that have either stepped forward or that are considering stepping forward.

Running for office is not easy, and this is something that I have discovered on my own journey. Fortunately, we are doing extremely well so far, but we still have a ton of work ahead of us.

Together, we can take our country back. Getting Donald Trump into the White House was the first miracle, and now we are going to see another miracle in 2018. Individually we would never be able to accomplish much, but if we unite under the Trump banner amazing things are possible.
