This is a perfect example of why people hate cable companies so much. When journalist Ryan Block attempted to cancel his cable service, he probably never imagined that he would be subjected to a nightmarish interrogation by a customer service agent.   1. conmcast and time warner : I had Time W. very unethical, lousy customer svc. Don’t use these providers, they are incompetant/unethical.

  2. I’ve got a feeling that these employees are also unreasonably pressured by upper-management to keep as many customers, as possible (not justifying the CSA’s behavior).

    • It is true. My guess is that there is probably an incentive program in place and that customer service rep was just trying to make a little extra money.

      But still, this is an incredible piece of audio.
