Joe Biden would definitely not make it through two terms, and there is a tremendous amount of doubt that he could make it through even one.
In fact, many people are concerned that his health is declining so rapidly that he might not even make it to election day.
So the woman that he picks may end up becoming the next president of the United States, and that is a very frightening thought.
