Video: Texas Reporter Watches 300 Immigrants Cross The Border In Six Hours

(Breitbart) KGBT CBS4 Reporter Sydney Hernandez traveled to the Texas border at Rincon Village Wednesday night at about 6 p.m. The deserted area on the banks of the Rio Grande is a well-known border crossing area. During the next six hours, Hernandez sent out a series of tweets capturing the images of migrants walking up the dirt roads from the border river where human smugglers cross them at will. The migrant walk up to the first Border Patrol agent or other law enforcement officers they can find and turn themselves in. (Read More…)

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Allegedly Raping 11-Year-Old Girl in Arkansas

(CNS News) A Mexican national living in northwest Arkansas was recently arrested and charged with raping an 11-year-old girl. In addition, Border Patrol agents in California arrested a different Mexican national who had been deported multiple times and convicted of “unlawful sexual relations” with a minor under the age of 14.

Luis Mario Rodriguez-Torres, 21, was arrested in Springdale, Ark., on July 28 and is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl, reported KFSM 5 News.

FAKE NEWS: The “Crying Girl” On The Cover Of TIME Was Never Separated From Her Mother, And They Paid $6K To Sneak Into The U.S.

(By Chris Menahan Of Information Liberation) The truth has come out about the two-year-old Honduran girl the media has plastered all over television and the cover of TIME Magazine to convince America to open her borders.

As Ann Coulter said, “It’s all a scam.”

“The media’s poster child for ‘ICE ripping families apart!’ is actually a poster child for ‘economic migrants subjecting their own kids to unnecessary risks for purely financial reasons.'” J Burton said.

From The Daily Mail (via The Gateway Pundit):

The father of the Honduran girl who became the face of the family separation crisis has revealed that he still has not been in touch with his wife or daughter but was happy to learn they are safe.

Denis Javier Varela Hernandez, 32, said that he had not heard from his wife Sandra, 32, who was with his two-year-old daughter Yanela Denise, for nearly three weeks until he saw the image of them being apprehended in Texas.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Hernandez, who lives in Puerto Cortes, Honduras, says that he was told yesterday that his wife and child are being detained at a family residential center in Texas but are together and are doing ‘fine.’

‘You can imagine how I felt when I saw that photo of my daughter. It broke my heart. It’s difficult as a father to see that, but I know now that they are not in danger. They are safer now than when they were making that journey to the border,’ he said.

Denis said his wife and daughter were never separated by border control agents and remain together.

He revealed that his wife had previously mentioned her wish to go to the United States for a ‘better future’ but did not tell him nor any of their family members that she was planning to make the trek.

‘I didn’t support it. I asked her, why? Why would she want to put our little girl through that? But it was her decision at the end of the day.’

He said that Sandra had always wanted to experience ‘the American dream’ and hoped to find a good job in the States.

Denis, who works as a captain at a port on the coast of Puerto Cortes, explained that things back home were fine but not great, and that his wife was seeking political asylum.

He said that Sandra set out on the 1,800-mile journey with the baby girl on June 3, at 6am, and he has not heard from her since.

‘I never got the chance to say goodbye to my daughter and now all I can do is wait’, he said, adding that he hopes they are either granted political asylum or are sent back home.

…The couple has three other children, son Wesly, 14, and daughters Cindy, 11, and Brianna, six.

…He said he heard from friends that his wife paid $6,000 for a coyote – a term for someone who smuggles people across the border.

‘I wouldn’t risk my life for it. It’s hard to find a good job here and that’s why many people choose to leave. But I thank God that I have a good job here. And I would never risk my life making that journey.’

Customs and Border Protection issued a statement to Buzzfeed saying the mother was previously deported:

“On June 12, 2018, Sandra Maria Sanchez, 32, a previously deported woman from Honduras illegally re-entered the United States,” . She was arrested by agents with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Border Patrol near Hidalgo, Texas, while traveling with a family member. On June 17, 2018, Sanchez was transferred to ICE custody, and is currently housed at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas. Her immigration proceedings are ongoing.

On July 3, 2013, Sanchez was encountered by immigration officials in Hebbronville, Texas. On July 9, 2013, she was transferred to ICE ERO custody. On July 18, 2013, Sanchez was removed to Honduras under expedited removal.”

Reuters also confirmed with the Honduran government the girl was never separated from her mother:

Valera said the little girl and her mother, Sandra Sanchez, have been detained together in the Texas border town of McAllen, where Sanchez has applied for asylum, and they were not separated after being detained near the border.

Honduran deputy foreign minister Nelly Jerez confirmed Valera’s version of events.

…Sanchez and her daughter had left Puerto Cortes, a major Honduran port north of the capital city, Tegucigalpa, without telling Valera or the couple’s three other children, he said.

He said he imagined that Sanchez left with the little girl for the United States, where she has family, in search of better economic opportunities.

As one commenter on The Gateway Pundit said, the little girl was “exploited by her mother as a ‘Golden Pass’ for guaranteed entry into America.”

A Facebook fundraiser used the photo to scam gullible liberals out of $20 million:

Never forget, the viral photo of the dead boy washed up on a beach — which was used by the media to sell Europe on opening its borders — was a total fraud just the same:

The media is selling us a pack of lies. They cynically exploit our good nature to con us into destroying ourselves with open borders to advance their globalist agenda. No truer words have ever been spoken than Donald Trump saying the media “is the enemy of the American people!”

Chaos Reigns On The U.S. Border, And Nobody Is Sure What Is Going To Happen Next

To say that we have a giant mess along the border would be a massive understatement.

Immigrants continue to pour across the border and U.S. officials don’t have enough places to put all of the ones that they catch. The following comes from USA Today

Confusion reigns on the border as immigration officials, prosecutors and Border Patrol agents scramble to fulfill the president’s demand for a zero-tolerance approach to unauthorized migrants while simultaneously keeping families together.

President Donald Trump’s decision Wednesday to order that migrant families be kept together – an abrupt reversal of his earlier stance – sowed more confusion into what was already a complicated system of law enforcement, courts, warehouse-like detention buildings and re-purposed daycare centers.

Is there any easy solution to this problem?

Please tell us what you think by posting a comment below…

More Than 50,000 Illegal Immigrants Have Been Arrested At The U.S. Border For Three Months In A Row

President Trump promised to increase security along the U.S. border with Mexico, and it looks like that increased security is bearing fruit

U.S. border agents made more than 50,000 arrests in May for the third month in a row, the Department of Homeland Security said Wednesday, an indication that escalating enforcement tactics by the Trump administration – including separating migrant parents from their children – has not had an immediate deterrent effect.

DHS said agents made 51,912 arrests in May, more than three times the number who were taken into custody in May 2017, a period when illegal immigration plunged following Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Of course many on the left continue to insist that it is wrong to simply enforce our border laws.

If it was up to them, we would have no borders at all, and that would mean that we would have no country at all…

Ann Coulter Is Exactly Right: Every Time Republicans Compromise On Immigration They Get Nothing In Return

When are Republicans going to learn?  In her most recent article, Ann Coulter pointed out that every time Republicans compromise on immigration it turns out to be a total disaster.  If you go back all the way to 1986, the Republicans never got the employer sanctions that they were promised even after the Democrats were given amnesty for four million illegal immigrants.  And every time Republicans have attempted to push amnesty since that time, it has been a disaster for Republican politicians at the polls.

This time around, we are told that we are supposed to compromise on DACA.

Okay, will we get to build a wall in return?

Of course not.

Will our concerns about lightly vetted refugees coming in from hotbeds of Islamic terror be addressed?

Of course not.

In return for compromising on DACA, the Democrats wants to make some nice sounding promises that won’t be too politically damaging that they will be able to easily break in the future.

This has happened time after time, and yet Republicans never seem to get it.  But Ann Coulter sure does

Congress has passed laws requiring that immigrants pay back taxes, learn English, not collect welfare and have good moral character. That’s not too onerous, right? It’s not like we’re requiring them to have any skills or talents that would be valuable to America.

Every single one of these requirements has been scuttled by immigration bureaucrats, federal judges and Democratic presidents. All of ’em. Our immigration bureaucracy is so dedicated to destroying America that it’s made citizens of thousands of convicted felons.

Look, I am certainly not against immigrants.  In fact, I have a great love for those that have risked everything to come here for a better life.

I have great-grandparents on both my mother’s side and my father’s side that were immigrants to this country.

And it is also important to note that Donald Trump’s wife is an immigrant.

This nation was built by immigrants, and we should never forget that.  But the point is that they came in legally.

We need a system that requires that everyone comes in through the front door.  There is nothing unreasonable about that.  But instead our system of legal immigration is a complete and utter nightmare, and meanwhile we are leaving the back door completely wide open.

One of the big reasons why Democrats want more illegal immigration is because they believe that in the long-term it will end up producing more Democratic voters.

And of course many Democrats are also big-time globalists, and the globalists want a world where national borders will eventually become essentially meaningless.

That is why they may talk about “border security” during campaign season but they will never, ever agree to build a wall.  Here is more from Ann Coulter

Every politician swears up and down that he wants a “secure border.” But then these same politicians go absolutely berserk when Trump says he wants to build a wall.

They say we’ll get enforcement right after the amnesty. That’s obviously absurd. When the tub is overflowing, water pouring out of the faucet, across the carpets, down the stairs, up the dining room walls, we don’t debate whether we’re going to dry clean the curtains or throw them out. We don’t argue about whether to use a mop or towels. FIRST: Turn off the water.

It is no longer good enough for politicians to promise us “more border security”.  If someone running for Congress will not specifically commit to building a border wall, do not vote for that individual.

Tens of millions of people have come into this country illegally over the decades, and we need a way to make sure that everyone comes in through the front door from now on.  If something other than a border wall can accomplish that, I would love to hear that proposal.

This is not a crisis that we can put off for another day.  Just consider what has been happening down in Texas.  The following comes from an article that I published in 2015

Today, the number of people that enter Texas illegally is greater than the number of babies being born to citizens of that state. And those illegal immigrants commit a lot of crime. According to Texas state Senator Dan Patrick, illegal immigrants were charged with nearly half a million crimes in his state during one recent four year time period. And he says that there are “at least 100,000 illegal immigrant gang members” living inside the state of Texas right now…

If I get elected to Congress, I am going to work with President Trump to build a border wall and to greatly secure our borders, and I hope that you will join me in this effort.  As President Trump has said, a nation that doesn’t have borders isn’t really a nation at all.  Either we have a country or we don’t.  Like Trump, I am going to fight the agenda of the globalists every step of the way, and we need to work very hard to vote out all of the globalists that are currently representing us in Congress.

They want to label us as “heartless” for being opposed to illegal immigration, but of course that is not the case at all.

In the end, we just want all immigration to be done legally, and if we can get that accomplished that will be good for everybody.

We Need To Build Trump’s Wall, And We Need To Build It Tall And Strong

Did you know that Mexico is the second deadliest nation on the entire planet?  The drug war down there continues to spiral completely out of control, and often the violence spills over to our own side of the border.  Thanks to President Trump, security along the border is improving, but we still have a long, long way to go.  Ultimately what we need is a physical barrier, because large numbers of illegal immigrants continue to pour through the soft spots in our border security.  I know that a lot of liberals don’t like the idea of a wall, but that is the only way that we are going to make sure that everyone comes into this country through the front door.

The United States is a nation of immigrants, and we will always need a certain level of immigration from other nations.  But prior to the Trump administration, our approach to immigration policy was absolutely insane.  We had made the legal immigration process an extremely costly and complicated nightmare that hardly anyone could understand or navigate, and yet we had kept the back door completely wide open for drug dealers, gang members, terrorists, sexual predators and anyone that just wanted to take advantage of the system.

We have got to make our legal system of immigration less costly and less complicated, and at the same time we need to slam the back door completely shut so that everyone is forced to come in to the U.S. through the front door.

To illustrate why this is such an incredibly important issue, I would like to share the story of Estefania Soto with you.  Thanks to a drunk illegal immigrant, Soto lost her boyfriend and her baby recently in a horrific traffic accident…

Estefania Soto has spent her days in various hospital rooms since the crash on June 10. She and her boyfriend, 28-year-old Raul Diaz, Jr., were on a motorcycle on Farm to Market 973 near FM 969 in east Travis County when they were hit head-on by a truck.

The crash killed Diaz and resulted in the premature birth of their child. Soto, 26, was only six months pregnant. Their baby was delivered through a C-section after the crash and passed away shortly after.

Soto has had 15 surgeries over the past month including a leg amputation.

If Trump’s wall had already been in place, 38-year-old Cesar Corona-Quiterio may have never had the chance to enter this country illegally and Estefania Soto may still be looking forward to a new life with her husband and her baby.

Another tragedy that could have potentially been averted by a wall on the southern border was the brutal rape of a 14-year-old girl at a high school in Rockville, Maryland.  The following comes from Fox News

Jose O. Montano, 17, from El Salvador, and Henry E. Sanchez-Milian, 18, from Guatemala, were charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense after they allegedly attacked the girl at 9 a.m. last Thursday.

“The victim was walking in a school hallway when she met two male students, identified as Montano and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to walk with him and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to engage in sexual intercourse. She refused,” Montgomery County Police said in a statement.

“Montano asked the victim again and then forced her into a boy’s bathroom and then into a stall. Montano and Sanchez both raped the victim inside the bathroom stall.”

How would you feel if that was your own daughter?

I don’t understand how people can be against the wall.  We literally have a war zone on the other side of the border, and CNN has reported that the drug war down in Mexico claimed an astounding 23,000 lives last year…

It was the second deadliest conflict in the world last year, but it hardly registered in the international headlines.

As Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan dominated the news agenda, Mexico’s drug wars claimed 23,000 lives during 2016 — second only to Syria, where 50,000 people died as a result of the civil war.

And the rising violence in Mexico and much of the rest of central America has been slowly spreading to communities all across the United States. For example, just check out what has been happening on Long Island

With MS-13 blamed for a trail of 11 corpses of mostly young people found since the start of the school year in Brentwood and Central Islip, the nation’s focus has turned on how the Central American street gang built such a presence here.

The bloodshed in the two blue-collar towns has gotten the attention of President Donald Trump, who says the killings are the result of lax immigration policies that let too many criminal ‘scum’ slip through.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave a speech Friday not far from a park where the bodies of four young men were found this month bearing MS-13’s hallmarks: repeated slashes from a blade that left the victims nearly unrecognizable.

Are you starting to understand why I am so adamant about building Trump’s wall?

We need to build it high, we need to build it strong, and we need armed guards patrolling every inch of it.

One of the fundamental duties of the federal government is national security, and for decades prior to the Trump administration we had leaders that absolutely refused to secure our borders.

Thankfully, now we have a president that is determined to do something about this national crisis, but we still have a Congress that is intent on blocking him every step of the way.

Every member of Congress that doesn’t want Trump’s wall needs to go, and they need to be replaced by new blood that is ready to do whatever is necessary in order to protect the American people.

Four hidden policy changes in Trump’s immigration memos

Though draconian, the two memos released by the Department of Homeland Security on Tuesday were also expected: the executive orders Trump released five days after his inauguration had already outlined his broad crackdown on illegal immigration. The new guidance is just the “how-to” plan to make it happen.

But in the days since it was issued, immigration experts have been combing the documents to figure out the full impact — and buried in their 19 pages have found a number of small but important policy shifts that hadn’t been seen before. “There are real and meaningful changes ahead,” Michael Neifach, a lawyer who held senior positions at DHS during the Bush administration, wrote in an email.

In Letter Sent Home To All Parents, Chicago Public Schools Promise To Obstruct ‘The Enforcement Of Federal Civil Immigration Law’

The Chicago public school system has decided to openly defy the president of the United States.  More than 392,000 students attend public schools in Chicago, and on Tuesday a letter was sent home with each of those students telling their parents that Chicago schools will not “assist in the enforcement of federal civil immigration law”.  In fact, the letter actually says that federal officials will not even be allowed “to access CPS facilities”.  In essence, every Chicago public school has now officially been declared to be a “sanctuary” for illegal immigrants.  If you would like to see the original document, you can do so right here.  This is just another example of how deeply divided we are as a nation.  The entire public school system of one of our largest cities is now in open rebellion against the president, and that is a very dangerous sign.

Of course Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel had already established a precedent earlier this year when he pledged to defy Donald Trump and to continue to keep Chicago as a “sanctuary city” for illegal immigrants.  The following comes from the Chicago Tribune

As President Donald Trump signed an executive order Wednesday to cut off some federal funding from sanctuary cities, Mayor Rahm Emanuel vowed Chicago would remain one and continue to protect immigrants from deportation.

“We’re gonna stay a sanctuary city,” Emanuel said in a news conference after Wednesday’s City Council meeting. “There is no stranger among us. We welcome people, whether you’re from Poland or Pakistan, whether you’re from Ireland or India or Israel and whether you’re from Mexico or Moldova, where my grandfather came from, you are welcome in Chicago as you pursue the American Dream.”

Emanuel makes it sound like you are “anti-immigrant” if you are against sanctuary cities.  But that is not accurate at all.  The truth is that America was built by immigrants, but for years we have had an immigration policy that is completely upside down.

We have allowed millions upon millions of people to pour across our borders illegally, but meanwhile we have made legal immigration a complete nightmare.  I am familiar with the process that someone has to go through to legally immigrate to this country, and it is exceedingly complex and very expensive.

So we are keeping out the hard working, law abiding people that we should want to come here, but we have been keeping the back door wide open for criminals, gang members and those that are seeking to take advantage of the system.

What kind of sense does that make?

And the truth is that the Trump administration does not even want to deport all illegal immigrants.  At this point, they are only focusing on those that have done something wrong, and that is very similar to the approach that was implemented under the Obama administration.  The following comes from the Los Angeles Times

Immigration officers were directed to focus first on deporting convicted criminals or those charged with crimes. But Kelly also freed them to conduct more raids in immigrant communities and detain people who don’t have criminal convictions.

In addition to deporting those convicted of crimes, immigration officials will also target:

  • people in the country illegally who have been charged with crimes not yet adjudicated.
  • those who have not been charged but are believed to have committed “acts that constitute a chargeable criminal offense.” That would include the 6 million people believed to have entered without passing through an official border crossing.
  • those who receive an improper welfare benefit.
  • those who committed minor infractions such as driving without a license.

Unfortunately, if you speak out against illegal immigration these days, it could cost you your job.

This is becoming one of the most hotly contested political issues in the nation, and as we have already seen there are a lot of leftists that are not afraid to openly defy the federal government.

Of course the truth is that it is already probably too late to try to turn things around.  It has been estimated that there are well over 100,000 gang members in the city of Chicago alone, and a very large percentage of them are illegal immigrants.

Someday when things get really bad in this country, gang violence will help fuel tremendous civil unrest all across the United States.  The coming civil unrest is a major theme in my novel, and it is one of the reasons why so many concerned Americans have been moving away from the big urban centers.

And it isn’t just leftists that are openly defying Trump.  This week, it is being reported that Mexico “will vigorously fight U.S. mass deportations of undocumented immigrants”…

Mexico will vigorously fight U.S. mass deportations of undocumented immigrants back to Mexico and refuse to accept any non-Mexicans expelled across the border, Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray vowed Wednesday.

A day after the Trump administration unveiled tough new guidelines for enforcing immigration laws, Videgaray said the treatment of Mexican migrants in the United States would top his country’s agenda when President Enrique Peña Nieto meets Thursday with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly.

Relations between the United States and Mexico are already the worst that they have been in my entire lifetime, and they could potentially get a whole lot worse in the months ahead.

When it comes to immigration, Donald Trump is trying to do things very differently from how Barack Obama was doing them, and that is causing a lot of chaos, pain and confusion.

We always need to remember that every single person on this planet is of extraordinary value no matter what they look like or where they are from.  And we will always need people to immigrate to this country.  It is just that we need to make sure that everyone comes in through the front door instead of sneaking through a back door that has been purposely left wide open by careless politicians.

Mexico says no to Trump’s new deportation rules

Mexico will vigorously fight U.S. mass deportations of undocumented immigrants back to Mexico and refuse to accept any non-Mexicans expelled across the border, Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray vowed Wednesday.

The Trump administration sought to allay fears in immigrant communities Tuesday as it publicly released wide-ranging new guidelines that allow federal authorities to take stronger enforcement actions against illegal immigrants, saying the directives are not intended to produce mass deportations.

Federal officials cautioned that many of the changes detailed in a pair of memos signed by Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly will take time to implement and that other policies that grant agents and officers greater powers will be used with care and discretion.

DHS secretary orders immigration agent hiring surge, end to ‘catch-and-release’

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly moved Tuesday to implement a host of immigration enforcement changes ordered by President Trump, directing agency heads to hire thousands more officers, end so-called “catch-and-release” policies and begin work on the president’s promised U.S.-Mexico border wall.

“It is in the national interest of the United States to prevent criminals and criminal organizations from destabilizing border security,” Kelly wrote in one of two memos released Tuesday by the department.

The memos follow up on Trump’s related executive actions from January and, at their heart, aim to toughen enforcement by expanding the categories of illegal immigrants targeted for deportation.

California Senate Leader Admits: “Half Of My Family” In Country Illegally With “False Social Security Cards”

In testimony provided before the California Senate’s Public Safety Committee, Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) decided to admit that “half of his family” is residing in the United States illegally and with the possession of falsified Social Security Cards and green cards.  Lest you think we’re exaggerating, here is the exact quote:

“…I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [President Donald Trump’s] executive order, because if they got a false Social Security card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false driver’s license prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members, you know, who are undocumented knows that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification. That’s what you need to survive, to work. They are eligible for massive deportation.”

The quote came from a hearing being held on SB54, a California Senate bill that was introduced by De Leon that would make the entire state of California a “Sanctuary State” (we discussed SB54 here:  “California Considering Legislation To Become First Ever Sanctuary State“).  Fast forward to the 1:27:00 mark for the relevant comments from De Leon:

Three million votes in the U.S. presidential election were cast by illegal aliens, according to Greg Phillips of the VoteFraud.org organization.

If true, this would mean that Donald Trump still won the contest despite widespread vote fraud and almost certainly won the popular vote.

“We have verified more than three million votes cast by non-citizens,” tweeted Phillips after reporting that the group had completed an analysis of a database of 180 million voter registrations.

“Number of non-citizen votes exceeds 3 million. Consulting legal team,” he added.

According to current indications, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by around 630,000 votes, although around 7 million ballots remain uncounted.

“We might as well abolish our immigration laws altogether,” suggested agent Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council.

Immigration Danger Arizona Border

“Nobody does,” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu told Breitbart News when asked who has operational control of this region of the United States of America. Babeu was on a helicopter tour of Mexican drug cartel scout locations in caves in the side of mountains throughout the desert about 70 miles inside the U.S. border. Essentially, that means U.S. sovereignty is gone for hundreds, perhaps thousands, of square miles throughout the American southwest.

Babeu was leading the helicopter tour with Dr. Ben Carson, a GOP presidential candidate, after briefing Carson on everything happening at the border.
